Information and Policies Regarding Insurance

  • Amerigroup, Cigna, and Georgia Medicaid accepted - see provider information for provider specifics.

  • Well Care, CareSource, and PeachState are NOT accepted.

  • Insurance co-pay/deductible payment is due at time of service.

  • All other fees must be paid in advance or at time of service.

  • All other insurance claims must be filed directly by the client.

  • A receipt will be provided for clients to file insurance claims directly.

  • Most insurance companies will not provide payment for services rendered by a student counselor, unlicensed counselor, or LAPC working under supervision.

  • Not all providers accept all insurance carriers listed here.

Policies Regarding Payment

  • Payment for therapy is due at the time of service.

  • Payment for psychological evaluations is required at the first assessment session.

  • +$400/additional hour over 6 hours of clinician involved time to address referral question

Telephone Consultation/Contact with Existing Clients $20 per 5 minutes

for calls in excess of 10 minutes in length (i.e., a 12-minute call will incur a charge of $60.00)

Credit Card Fees

A 3% to 4% fee is added to all credit card payments
